FAQs

PRACTICE UPDATE: Due to growing concern about social distancing, we are currently only seeing patients with dental emergencies at this time. We are currently working to reschedule patients with elective procedures at this time. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re sorry about any inconvenience this may cause. We are monitoring this situation closely to ensure our patients and their families stay safe!

What forms of payment are accepted?

We gladly accept cash, credit or debit cards, checks and CareCredit. We also work with most major insurances and gladly file the claims for our patients. To learn more about our payment and insurance policies, check out our Payment & Insurance page.

What if I have a dental emergency?

Dental emergencies can include facial trauma that damages the structure of the teeth or jaw, loss of a permanent tooth, severe tooth pain, or signs of infection. We are available after hours, just call us at (615) 320-3210 to be directed to the emergency line.

How does your practice accommodate people with disabilities?

We have a handicap ramp to enter the front of our building and our doorways and operatories allow plenty of room to be wheelchair accessible. We also have a ADA compliant website to provide an exceptional online experience for everyone. Check out our Accessibility Page for more information.

Do you see children?

Of course! Although our patient base is primarily adults, we welcome and accommodate families with children for a more convenient experience!
